May 27, 20224 yr I know this is a repeat like a cracked record but maybe there is something I have missed. I have sent a ticket but no reply as yet. These are the procedures and responses I have had, Downloaded and installed the plane as directed. First startup no power. Reviewed the issue and saw the need to launch the app which I did. Now plane loaded with power on. Decided to download several liveries. Restarted but now no power even after opening the app first. Sent a ticket. Awaiting the reply. Removed plane through Windows 11 app manager. Re-installed from new download. Started app with administrative Privileges. Started MSFS and Fenix A320 at KIAD. Plane loaded without power (again).

Are you signed into the app with your user name?
