June 1, 20224 yr Trying to report a PFD issue with the HJet. FlightFX referred me to their Discord, so I clicked the invite. The entire FlightFX server is read-only, at least for me. Several other FS servers are fine, but FlightFX will not allow me post, react or create a ticket. I tried to access FlightFX by email, with no acknowledgement. Tried Messenger, where I was directed to Discord. Any ideas on how to get help? First, I tried acknowledging the rules, but my click is ignored. Tried posting an introduction and was stopped by a bot. Tried several other threads, but not response. If I go to another FS server, all is well. Seems to be permissions only on that server. Not sure why? I'll be the first to admit that I don't know Discord well. So, if I am doing something wrong or need to do something, any suggestions are appreciated. It has been a while since I joined the server, but if I recall correctly you may have to click the thumbs up in the Rules channel. Let me know if that works for you, thanks!

Hi Zach, If I try to react anywhere, including the ‘thumbs up’ for rules, the counter will not acknowledge my response. If I try to post anywhere on the FlightFX server, I get a bot that rejects the post. It only happens on the FlightFX server. I can go to any other FS Discord server and react/post. No idea why it’s happening. June 2, 20224 yr When I joined the server last night, all options were greyed out except for a link that directed hjet users to a new discord channel that had been set up for the hjet alone, so maybe it's that you're stuck on that first server? Maybe look around for some notice about a link to a different server?
June 2, 20224 yr Author Just spoke with a gentleman at FlightFX. They went above and beyond to help me and solved my (user induced) problem with the HJet. Still not crazy about Discord but understand why it’s used. Their Cirrus will be a day one purchase also.
