June 10, 20223 yr Short version: no, there aren't. Long version: I think MSFS killed the 2D panels. They were dying since FSX times (when the first VC-only planes started appearing), but there are none here. In fact, it's strange to even find 2D popups as in FS9/FSX/P3D! June 11, 20223 yr Expensive and maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but Air Manager? https://www.siminnovations.com/buy/product/65-air-manager-4-home-use Edited June 11, 20223 yr by CaptainNetflix
September 14, 20223 yr Yes we need 2D functional panels in un-dockable windows. Not popouts only good for display. And duh, it would also be very helpful if they could make the control surfaces remain joystick controllable while I'm twisting knobs with the mouse in the 2D panel. I'm becoming expert at switching views and zoom to deal with the current state of FS2020, and then dashing back to the main screen to get my butt back in trim, but that's not anything like a realistic experience.
