July 14, 20223 yr I'm looking for highest settings WITH texture mod packs AND high full screen anti-aliasing applied. Is 10-12 Gig really enough nowadays? I've been trying to find web articles on this but they all seem to test only with the base game and available settings, not with forced nVidia inspector settings for example.
July 14, 20223 yr For 4k get as much vram as you can afford starting at a min 3080 12 gig. CPU: Intel i9-11900K @5.2 / RAM: 64GB DDR4 3200 / GPU: 4080 16GB /
July 14, 20223 yr I run 4K on a 3090. I know it's not the norm but I'm glad I got a 3090 with it's 24gb of VRAM. I run half my settings at Ultra and when I'm in the PMDG, Fenix or the Maddog at DD Midway airport I easily use up 20gb of VRAM. This capture was in the Fenix during the day. At night with DL my 3090 is running in the 90% but VRAM remains in the 20's.
