June 18, 200718 yr Allcott, thanks for this advice... I messed with this setting a bit (called "Flip Queue Size" in ATI Tools for those with ATI cards) but ended up setting it back to default. After installing UT and getting the blurries, I changed this setting to 5 and it's improved things greatly. The blurries aren't eliminated, but the textures do load much faster than before. Also haven't noticed any lag, and FPS have stayed the same.
