Texas ran a lottery for a short time where you won only if not one of the numbers you picked was chosen.  They discontinued it because people kept playing the exact same set of numbers again and again and were winning repeatedly.

I wish I'd known about it because the harder I try to pick lottery numbers, the harder I fail to pick even one.
