July 31, 20223 yr Hi, I just installed it two days ago and have made good progress in learning the ropes but if ya'll don't mind I have a lot of questions. I came from using FSX, P3D, and XP so I have a good feel for sims but this one is kind of different. 1. Why doesn't the keyboard command for the parking brakes work? It's CTRL + NUM DEL yet no matter what I do I can't get it to work. I had to change it to the period (.) and now it works. 2. What is the "Smart Camera?" 3. What is the "Landing Cockpit Mode?" 4. What is the "IFR Cockpit Mode?" 5. How do I use the "Save Custom Camera?" 6. Can I invoke the Drone camera via keyboard? 7. What is "Skip RTC?" 8. I spent a lot of time going over every last setting and have discovered that a lot of keyboard keys used in P3D and FSX are not even used in MSFS, like, I, J, P, U, +, ;, `, comma, /, \, [, ], a lot of SHIFT + letters. I suppose it would be okay to assign things to these letters? 9. What is the "isoline" on the CFR map? 10. Is it possible to invoke Full Screen with the keyboard like in FSX and P3D? 11. And finally, I don't understand the Drone mode. No matter what keyboard commands I invoke when in "Showcase" or Drone mode none of them work. Thanks for answering all or any of these questions. July 31, 20223 yr Re 5. Move the view to where you like it, and hit CRTL+ALT+n. ALT+n will recall this view. (n=1,2,3..) Re 10. ALT+enter toggles between windowed and full screen. It is an app that allows you to put all your addons in a folder of your choice, and then activate the ones you want by dropping links into your Community folder.
