August 4, 20223 yr While installing a newer version of FSUIPC the installer said it found both P3D v4 and P3D v5 on my computer. I am now currently using P3D v5.3 and I had no idea I still had v4 files on my computer. I searched my computer for anything with P3D v4 but could find anything (I probably didn't search very good). Where would old P3D v4 files be hiding?

August 4, 20223 yr Author In the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Lockheed Martin \ Prepar3D v4 \ AppPath path there was nothing with P3D v4, just v5. In the HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Lockheed Martin \ Prepar3D v4 \ AppPath there was a P3D v4 folder along with P3D v2, 3, and 5 folders (I never bought P3D v2 or 3). August 4, 20223 yr Delete the V4 folder in the app path. That's what addons look at when installing to see what version you're running. As always, backup your registry before editing as precaution.
