August 8, 20223 yr As usual, Mark does an informative overviw. I'll probably do some experimenting but feel that DLSS will mostly benefit VR users. sp

The slight blurryness that comes with DLSS is usually much more noticable in VR than on a monitor, as there are a lot fewer pixels per degree of viewing area in VR compared to monitors. A common verdict on VR DLSS that I've read from other games is that the performance gain is often not worth the decrease in image quality.
August 9, 20223 yr Yeah I saw that one. He has great content on his channel and explain things well. Since I joined the beta, I've been using DLSS at 4K with a 3090. I'm probably mad, since "everyone" is saying it's pointless in this situation. I don't get any noticeable performance increase, although GPU usage is much lower.
