August 13, 20223 yr A few years ago, I ordered the FS2Crew program, one for the FS2Crew PMDG 737NGX Reboot for FSX and P3Dv4 and the FS2Crew Leonardo Maddog X Reboot for P3Dv4, and I ordered them from the main website at https://www.fs2crew.com/. When I tried to login using the login information I've always used, it could not login. It keep saying that the e-mail and password was not correct. So, I re registered my information and reset my password and finally got logged in. But the 2 products I ordered are not showing up. I've spent hours trying to find out where I've purchased these and wasting my time doing all of this and I still have not found my orders. I've received e-mails from FS2Crew of updates on the products that I have ordered, so apparently, they were ordered from FS2Crew and I was the one that ordered them. I want to know why my orders are not showing up, and if they were not purchased from there, where did I purchase them? I'm tired of spending the whole entire day wasting my time looking and searching for my orders and I cannot find them, and I'm getting very angry over this.
August 13, 20223 yr Hi, You should have received an email around October 2021 from FS2CREW describing the transition to the new website and how the old account information was not carried over. The important part is: "Please be reminded that your legacy account is still active and your previous orders for your FSX and Prepar 3D FS2Crew products are still available for download. You can access your old FSX/P3D FS2Crew orders via this link:"https://legacy.fs2crew.com If you're still having trouble, you can send them a support ticket and they'll help you out.

No, I never received an e-mail from FS2Crew regarding the transition. Are you sure it was in October of 2021? I don't know why I never received this notice from them. Anyway, I found my products and they were at the legacy site. Thanks for letting me know about this. Ken.

I've also checked the Deleted Folder and it's not in there either. I did noticed that when I went to the legacy website and logged in, I noticed that I've never subscribed to any of the news letters. Would that be the reason why I never received the e-mail? I've looked every where and do not see that e-mail. What is the exact date that the e-mail was sent out?
