I can see a lot of the old ones towards the bottom, with version numbers such as v1.6 etc. But some of the newer ones I wanted like Monterey, Santander, Pamplona etc it says 'on hold' even after I log in.

That's right, that's what I am seeing as well. The newer ones were, as far as I remember, added after he raised the price of the "subscription". I am on the older one, 27 or so Euros.
