How to disable airport. No Content.xml found

Featured Replies

Hi,

Yesterday I tried to disable an Asobo airport, because a third party scenery was incompatible with it. But to my surprise, I couldn't find the content.xml file. How can I now disable an airport that comes by default in MSFS2020?

Thank you in advance

If it is a hand-crafted MS/Asobo airport you should find it in the MSFS Content. Simply search for the ICAO code and two installations will show up (MSFS/Asobo and Community). Delete the MSFS/Asobo installation. If the airport is part of a WU update you have to click on the small package symbol in the upper line to see the airport.

I've had to do something similar for YSSY and LOWI. It's quite simple - and works!

Thank you,

I'm going to see... I assume that is inside the game, in Content Manager, right?
