We have a situation with my billing this is what I was not buying.

This is what I was buying...
GNS530 $35.00 special + GNS430 $24.95 = 59.95 **

* Why the heck I'm being billed thru Flight 1?  Told the bank to put a hold until resolved.
** This is your web site. Are you advertising false information?

I want a prompt explanation of this billing mess and 6 hours installation which I have to cancel.

Prompt explanation is that you should read the fine print.

Sorry for your bad experience but there are hundreds of satisfied customers here on this forum. The software is the best available and very good value. Yes they use the Flight1 wrapper which is a little confusing but you should be able to get this sorted. The company owner is very helpful and works very hard updating his products whenever there is a trainer update.
