I have a new PC since I last used P2A. The old PC and drive no longer exist. When I attempt to register P2A I get the message that it is already registered on another machine. How do I get past this?

 

Thanks for your quick reply. I followed your instructions using the update, but when I pressed deactivate I got a message that "already activated by another user"

First, make sure you are using the email you used when you purchased the software...usually your PayPal email.

If that doesn't work, send an email to [email protected] with the license key you're trying to activate and we can help sort out what the problem is.
