October 19, 20223 yr Do the in-sim VSYNC settings have any effect on VR, or is it just for 2D flyers? I set VSYNC in an attempt to limit FPS to 30 but I was hitting 40 and 45 fps. Not really complaining but I wanted to see what overall smoothness was like that. For VR what's the best way to set frame limit to 30, Nvidia Control Panel, In-sim? October 19, 20223 yr Rob, I'm having the same problem Vsync is no longer limiting my fps. If I set 1/2 (30Hz), MSFS will still display 45, 36, 51 or anything at all. I don't know why, because it used to work fine. So you're not alone. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel.
