Well yes, actually it would be odd to have people standing around outside in the pouring rain, wearing sunglasses at night, or seeing someone dressed in summer clothing at freezing cold temperatures. The idea behind our Zeit-Dynamic scenery is to offer variety and ensure that the people, vehicles and wildlife you see in the scenery are ever-changing and not monotonous, and that they also fit the environment as far as season, temperature and time are concerned.
