November 2, 20223 yr I know that region all too well, it is a paradise for free flight and sailplanes. I have good memories of hours flying in thermal conditions, followed by a fresh beer and bbq or pizza at the campsite. Remember, at Tallard is a drop zone (parachutes) immediate to the west, where all plane manoeuvres are prohibited.

November 2, 20223 yr Tallard is the place where I had my skydiving training 🙂 (I couldn't pilot the plane but I could escape during the flight, which was cool enough for me 😄 ) The video was really nice. I'm impressed with the resolution of the ground textures. Must be zoom 19 at least, right ? It's SUPER crisp! Â
