November 6, 20223 yr I have serious problems with the login to the AVSIM forum. EVERY TIME when i open the forum after closing the browser I'm logged out and I have to reenter my email & password. And EVERY time it says, my entered login data is invalid! Every Time I have to reset my password to use the forum. Whats the reason? I'm using Firefox with latest updates. Deleting cookies on browser closing is NOT activated! And I even added the avsim domain to the permission list. Ad-Blockers are deactivated.

Yes, of course, the "keep me logged in" is checked! And even I get logged out every time and I'm unable to relogin. Its says evey time my passwort is incorrect. And for every Login I need to reset my password, which is VERY ANNOYING!! Maybe there is something wrong with the boards cookies? I have used may forums in my live and I'm still using several forums. But I never had such a problem! Its only with AVSIM.

January 20, 20233 yr Administrators Are you actually logging out each time you leave the site? It's not necessary. Moderators have no access to site software. Up at the top bar use the drop down menu for "Contact Us" a click on Report a Problem. You can't always count on ADMIN seeing this post in the forums.
