If it's the Fenix they lock you out for changing the assistance options so it doesn't mess with how the aircraft flies. You should be able to change them when you're back on the main menu after your flight. November 12, 20223 yr I can't remember why it's named "VOLOCOPTER" (apart from the actual volocopter you get within the sim) - Maybe that is a preset and it just has the desired settings Fenix is looking for and it forces it to be on that when you're using that plane.
