Hi, I just bought this plane a couple days ago and so far I can't get it to install.  I submitted a support form on the Flysimware website 2 days ago and have not heard back yet.  Can someone please give me the email address for support so I can try to contact the developer directly?

This is my issue:

Every time I enter the serial number and click ok or next, I get an error message that says "The requested URL was not found on the server".  I tried running the installer as administrator and I also added the installer .exe file to my antivirus and firewall exceptions list and it doesn't help.  I'm not sure what else to do.  Did I get a bad key or something?  Or am I doing something wrong?  I would greatly appreciate some help here, thank you.

Already replied to you on email to get the latest version. And if the installer is asking for a key then the store is out of date. What store? Pleas contact me on email thanks.

Thank you for working to fix the issue.  I will wait for pcaviators.com to update it as you said.  Strange that they didn't give the updated version of the plane.  I can't wait to fly this model.  I love vintage and classic planes like this.  I hear good things about it and it looks great from the screenshots I saw and description I read.  This is the first time I'm trying one of your aircraft and I have a feeling I will like it once I can fly it.  You have an interesting selection of aircraft for FSX, P3D and MSFS.  If I end up liking this one, I will likely be buying more.  Cheers.

I ended up having the same problem. I bought my copy a while back at PC Aviator Australia. I already sent an email to the developer. The current version that I downloaded from PC Aviator Australia is V4.3c.

Hopefully this can be resolved.

What kind of problem are you having? The latest version of the Lear35A is 4.3c, so it sounds like you are up to date.

I sent an email to all stores to remind them the version number does not change only the installer and to update again. So all stores should have this fixed this week. Make sure to check the installer as the version is not going to change. The Lear is still V4.3c. But it will not ask for a registration key.

But like the developer said I’m going to have to wait until PC Aviator Australia uploads the latest version to their servers. Version number stays the same but they don’t have the latest one.
