PMDG BBJ - How To Configure/Activate Auxiliary Fuel Tanks?

Featured Replies

As the title says; how do I set up the auxiliary fuel tanks in the PMDG BBj 737-700 for long range use?

I couldn't find any optoin in the FMC.

Thanks

You don’t need to set it up it goes automatically! There are switches on the Ohd which are set to auto by default.

In the Fmc you can select how many aux fuel tanks you want.

if they are empty then aircraft starts getting fuel from normal tanks

I am still figuring out myself as even with fuel set to 100% the fuel indicators on the left hand side show 0 fuel. 😕

Menu/Pmdg setup/Aircraft/Equipment/  next page button till you get to page 11 and select what Aux tanks you want then Goto fuel set 100% and make sure your about 70 lbs*1000 for max range. This limits pax/cargo loads.

Military use the 700 BBJ as the C40 so its pretty close to what you would expect to the real world experience.
