Does weather radar work in the Fenix A320

That's not gonna happen, you don't build a study level aircraft and then just drop in some default weather radar that looks like it comes out of a CJ4 or whatever. It has to look and work like the real one.

I think you misread my comment this time, haha. I suggested the opposite of that.

Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory.
The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.
To make a small fortune in aviation you must start with a large fortune.

There's nothing less important than the runway behind you and the altitude above you.
It's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air wishing you were on the ground.

Imperfect ground physics didn't stop "study level" aircraft to be released! All "study level" aircraft are compromise in some way and there are always limitations! I'm pretty sure to set up WX radar as is would be a reasonable compromise until better API functionality is released. A placard which some functions are inop could be resalable imitation of real world MEL   LOL

My only issue with the compromise route is that we as people almost always become comfortable with band-aids. You only need to look at real world solutions to realize that almost every single temporary fix becomes the permanent fix.

And so if the community gives in and accepts a mediocre solution, the loud voices that drive the momentum to put in more dev time and money into creating better API functionality will subside. The loud voices will move on to other things.

Well there is some truth of complicity, we definitely want to push Asobo further in depth developing. But I do enjoy to WX radar in A310 at current state.  It's still give great immersive factor .

In other hand Asobo  is still very responsive for hardcore simmers need. And just because Carenado aircraft are selling good it doesn't stop Asobo for providing more deeper simulation. After all gamers come and go but hardcore simmer stick for decades! I mean look at us!  We are holy grail of sim world. We are major investors in a sim industry!
