Return to Duluth

Featured Replies

After some airwork in the high and low altitude stratums I return to Duluth in the Cirrus Vision Jet.

This is the new Vision jet from FlightFX.  (I recommend it btw - a lovely personal jet with decent hand flying attributes - the model and texturing is excellent, along with the sounds).  Eventually the G3000 will be upgraded by WorkingTitle - but it's already somewhat custom and looks great.  Hope you enjoy!

Climbing out of the icing layer to FL220 (we just left KMDZ airport in Wisconsin)

I've got a nasty headwind but we've reached the cruise speed of 310ish

Lake Superior is visible just beneath the clouds...  I'll pickup the ILS 27 at KDLH

It has not yet frozen over (some years it will completely freeze over and others not at all)

A little bumpy down low but otherwise a great night to fly!

(Wish they'd hurry up and open the hangar for me!)

Thanks - yes it looked very realistic.  I love when just a sliver of light remains on the horizon.

Thanks Jack.  This is a freeware KDLH rendition.  It's pretty good - has most of the real buildings on the field.
