I finally managed to post a query after about 10 attempts to log in but two days later have yet to receive a reply. The forum log-in keeps returning an error, with a notice to try again. I requested a new password in case that was a problem: using the supplied link I completed the new password setting in about 5 seconds, only to have it rejected as "my log in had timed out"!
