December 24, 20223 yr Hello When I download the latest version of RXP-750-XPL from the Flight1 site, Windows Defender detects a virus and cancels the download, despite selecting "File OK" Have you noticed this problem? I tried on Chrome and Edge with the same result Is there another site I could try downloading? Thank you
December 24, 20223 yr Items from respected flight sim developers and vendor sites such as Flight1 are all safe and do not contain viruses as Windows Defender and other a/v software may lead you to believe. The a/v apps may detect installers and consider them a potential threat if they are not in the a/v providers safe programs database. Do you really believe Flight1/RealityXP would attack you with a virus? I think not. Simply tell Windows Defender it is a trusted app, or turn Defender off. I use Kaspersky a/v and always turn it off before downloading and installing any products such as RealityXP. Safest and hassle free method, imho. December 24, 20223 yr For those who still have xp11 installed go to plugins and click the RXP and click on ‘check for updates’ this will download the update which has both xp11 &xp12 installers Edited December 24, 20223 yr by onebob
