Long time ago i have purchased immersion package for Q400, then moved on - MSFS and so.

Now i have reinstalled whole P3D with beloved Q400, and want to download immersion package.

Package is gone and //42 web page directs me to a dead place.

I wrote email to //42 with question how can i download something i have paid for and want to use again.

The reply i have received was basically saying that they do not support anymore that package and i have to rely on my backup.

Problem is that i do not have any as i was always considering that purchased software is available - at least during purchase there was no any note that software is time limited.

So now someone who still use P3D4 and purchased immersion package is left without software he or she have paid for - great business model //42 !

Next time i feel itch to buy something from //42 will have to recall this case and deeply consider if this company deserves my money.

I think there is a misunderstanding here.

You can still access Q400 Immersion from Orbx Central and install it in V4.

So in other words, you don't have a backup and that's someone else's fault.

Where it is written or required to have backups?

I have plenty of stuff purchased many years ago and still available easily - ORBX airports, PMDG or A2A birds to name few.
