February 14, 20233 yr Since yesterday (Feb 13) again a new entry at the p3d website. Title: P3D Beginners Guide from PlaneJoe. So who is the target audience with these kind of news items? I don't think it's the DoD. Probably they aim at academic users like the most of us are. I think it's an attempt to attract new academic users or to retrieve old users who went to MSFS. I also have MSFS, but every time I come back to good old P3D v5.3. MSFS is the CompactDisc and P3D is the vinyl record. Everybody thought that with the arrival of the CD it was over and out with vinyl records. But it was the opposite. Since a few years vinyl records are on the rise again. So will P3D.
