Annoying strips of light

Featured Replies

Hey there, as you can see in this picture, i have these annoying strips of light behind and on the wing, they are also in the cockpit... . Its on every XP12 aircraft. My question is: How do i get rid of them ?

In this picture i fly the Toliss A321.

My hardware specs: I9-9900K processor, RTX4070TI graphics card, 32gigs of ram. A WQHD monitor with 144hz.

Hopefully someone can help me with that, thx!

As far as I am aware (I only got a recreate a short while ago), its a result of performance optimisations in the clouds and there is no workaround.

still might be worth a report on

just to let them know you care, attach that screenshot so they know what you are talking about. Please share whatever they reply here. maybe also change the title to be something like "annoying strips of light" so the topic is easier to find.

Do you know anything about a release date or period of time when they will release it ?

I'm a nobody. Just reading the tea leaves like everyone else!

Friendly reminder: WHITELIST AVSIM IN YOUR AD-BLOCKER. Especially if you're on a modern CPU that can run a flight simulator well. These web servers aren't free...

It seems, reading the tealeaves, that they have fingered VRAM is major culprit for a lot of things (possibly AA) and good to see better cloud definitions on the way too!
