It might be best to take a step back and explain exactly the steps that were taken when moving the sim to your F drive. Copying files from one drive to another won’t work unless you edit the usercfg.opt config file.

I am guessing your issue with the TDS is related to the drive swap, not the TDS software itself.

I got it guys! 🙂 It was the usercfg.opt file. I changed the last entry and reinstalled and that fixed the problem. Thanks so much for all your help. That's 5 hours of my life I'll never get back. Happy Flying!

Just in case a blank screen is seen by anyone else - I struggled for a week but with the help of the developer 

the answer turned out to be - I had "FRAPS" installed
