Fr Bill, ask her to install handholds in the shower and next to the toilet.  I have two, one each on opposite walls of the walk-in shower.  Makes it a lot easier to shower.

That is something to consider Noel, but honestly at this time I won't take a shower unless someone (my visiting "Senior Companion") is present. They are usually taking care of some of the house chores while I shower, so if I do fall, they are there to assist me.

Okay, if you guys don't mind me getting back on topic...

Once again, DPD have not turned up. Its FIVE times now, each time after giving me a new date, they haven't turned up.

It was actually EVGA that told me to go directly to Novatech, and that I did.

Now, this morning, despite Novatech telling me they would handle it and despite EVGA telling me to go to Novatech, I have just had an email from Novatech telling me that EVGA have told them that the RMA must go through them.

EVGA gave me the wrong information.

DPD, useless.

I anticipated this sort of incompetence and bought a new PSU with the intention of selling the replacement for the defective unit on Ebay. Glad I did, or my PC would have been out of action for weeks.
