Whenever I get handed off to tower from ground, it just completely ignores me no matter what I do. Its not a problem with voice recognition or anything on my part. Ill be holding short and attempting to get a takeoff clearance by using voice, and the say it option, but no response. I've tried just about everything at this point. 

Make sure you are on the frequency dictated by P2A for Tower and are using the correct phrases.  

If that's not the issue, email a log file for a flight where this happens to [email protected] and I will try and figure out what's going on and let you know.

P2A Log files are located in: 
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Logs 
where <UserName> is your PC user name. 
Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab.
 

The simplest is to just say "<CallSign> ready for departure".

Alright. Sent you the log file

This might not be related but yesterday I couldn't get Pilot2ATC to hear me or even the co-pilot using SayIt. Nothing was being recognised at all until I reinstalled and updated to Pilot2ATC_Update_2642_x64.
I found the error below in the log, pasted into the spoiler tag at the bottom of this message.
It looks like Pilot2ATC is looking for a non-existent folder called 'info' inside the Controllers folder.

Yes, when you have issues with the program, the first thing you should do is make sure you are on the latest version.  In most cases, I would recommend updating to the latest Public Beta version to get all the latest bug fixes.

Dave, the error was happening in the latest Beta, not on the earlier versions. I needed to reinstall without updating to the latest beta to be able to fly!

Toby, I did find a bug in the Chatter code that could have resulted in the error messages in the log.  It should be fixed in the next update.

The updating version comment was related to the original post by drakefs about losing Comms after handoff to tower.
