Latest FSL and P3DV5.4 CTD.

Featured Replies

I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled all FSL A3XX aircraft on 7/4/23 and have had CTDs continuously. Running Win 11 latest updates. Two events occur in sequence at the crash:

1) .NET Runtime Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.

2) P3D fault in  FSL_A32XX.dll, version: 11.0.1.213

Faults have all occurred during MCDU inputs in random places.

I've posted in FSL CTD forum with no response.

I've completely uninstalled (including all files/folders) and reinstalled the latest experimental versions of the A3XX, including spotlight and libraries.  I installed spotlights after all other installs.

V5.4 had been working fine.  .Net Framework 4.8 is installed.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Hello,

I just installed the (experimental) update.

In my case (United livery), A320 IAE

Loaded into P3Dv5.4 ok.

I only checked the TM Airbus Joystick and Throttles and various VC cockpit / Overhead functions so far.

No problems to report.

Good to know, keep us posted.

I have been using the Experimental for some time - all ok except that I cannot use the AOC to upload the OFP from simbrief. The public version is ok but the Exp version will not connect to simbrief via the AOC. This seems to have started with an update in March and still waiting for FSLabs to comment.

Do you see this issue with the Experimental?

Thanks

FOD ,

Did a quick test with P3Dv5.4 / FSLA320 (Experimental) and got the Simbief OFP data, flight plan route /waypoints etc. loaded.

Note:
I copied the Simbrief flight plan to the FSL Route folder and the OFP to my Downloads folder.

Vonmar,

Thanks for checking but that is not the issue - that is the earlier way of loading the fp     before FSLabs introduced simbrief integration.
See the ATSU tutorial. You use the AOC init page to directly link to Simbrief to upload the OFP. No need for any downloading into the routes folder etc. It is this link to simbrief that now seems to be broken.

FOD ,

You are welcome.

Ya, I did do it the old way.
I was interested in any possible crashes.

I did another route in Simbrief.
KDTW-KJFK
Then closed Simbrief.

Did not export anything from Simbrief.

Goth the data into MCDU ok.

Thanks again but I would be intested to know if you can upload the route via the ATSU/AOC system? (Not from the routes folder)
