I decided to take the plunge and bought P3D today.  I now have the flight sim trinity.

Let's see what happens going forward.  I'll be spending more time in here.

It's really a shame that they've finally addressed the lighting to look much better, but it's at the cost of needing devs to re-do all their textures. Especially since it seems to affect cockpits to an extreme degree.

They had to make the change, but it's come at exactly the wrong time, with all ESP devs 100% dedicated to MSFS.

And there's still that old ESP flight model, with just a few addons supporting external flight models to make them fly right...
