Hi. I come back from my holidays and I switch on the fs2020. I choose my plane 737-800 pmdg and as always I use to do I undock instruments using alt gra in keyboard. But nothing happens. It doesn't work.

Do you know what ir happens? Regards.

Press and hold RIGHT - Alt key and click with your mouse on the instrument panel that you want to undock.

Hi. That is what I have done always. But It doesn't work. It is very strange because it happens the same in another PC I have installed the sim.

Are you sure you are using AltGr (the right alt key)? It works like a charm for me, I don't know, though, if this will work with PMDG's aircraft as well.

In any case, I was thinking of doing a general installation of the simulator again since lately it was closing several times after a few hours of flight.

Before you do so, why not contact MS Helpdesk/ZenDesk  and see if they can help you?

I bet the panels are there but have been moved off-screen or minimized. Try temporarily changing screen resolutions within Windows and see whether the panels suddenly appear again.

maybe that's it but the strange thing is that the same thing happens on two different pcs.
