PMDG new EFB fails with Simbrief error.

Hi, when I try to import my FP from Simbrief   I get a' Simbrief Error' or ' No FP Loaded'.

I have my correct ID and a generated FP.  I can import the FP via the FMC ok.

Could it be due to my AIRAC cycle being out of date? Do I need to subscribe to Navigraph?

Hope someone can advise me of a possible solution.

You have to set not your Simbrief ID number, you have to set your Simbrief user name..

Why not try to get some help here before creating an account and being shouted at to sign everything with your Full name?
