World Map Selected Runway Bug?

Go to Assistance Options > User Experience > ATC Enforce Flight Plan and turn it ON. That's it.

This does not work at all (for me).

In my last dozen flights, ATC chose the wrong runway 10 times with this set to ON.

Well shoot, sorry that didn't help.   I don't see why the sim consistently loads you onto the wrong runway for takeoff.

Don't know if it makes any difference, but I always select my takeoff runway directly on the world map screen. Are you also doing that, or are you importing a flight plan with the takeoff runway into the sim from some other app?

I'm importing from SimBrief.  After importing, the map immediately indicates the runways I've chosen so no editing is needed.  However, after I load the flight, ATC usually instructs me to use the wrong runway.  Overall, this is not an issue for me as I don't enable traffic or multiplayer.  I therefore ignore their assignment and proceed.

However, I would actually enjoy having traffic running in the future so I hope this issue is resolved soon.

I am testing out a theory based on other posts.  I am setting the aircraft up entirely (livery, load, fuel, etc.) before importing the FP.  Let's see if that helps.  In my first flight with this method the departure AP was uncontrolled.  ATC did choose my selected runway for the destination, though it was a mild (considered calm) crosswind situation so the jury is still out.
