November 24, 200718 yr Try installing this: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...4d-389c36f85647It's required for any third party content written for FSX using VS 2005 SP1 and doesn't ship natively with FSX SP-1 or Acceleration Pack.Regards,Jim Karn
November 24, 200718 yr >Is anyone having problem with FSX keep shutting down about 5>minutes after starting, with the following message"msvcr80.dll>causing problem"??>Hi Bill - msvcr80.dll hmmmmmmI've had FSX stable (relatively speaking)for quite a while. My system does not contain the file MSVCR80.dllI have a LOT of add-ons running and that file didn't come up.Here's some bad advise - but maybe it will help. Find the file and rename it msvcr80.bak and reboot. Then try FSX.If it works, then great. If something doesn't work, I guess you can always rename the file back.Best of luck....Bob Bob Donovan - KBOS
