Can someone remind me if there is an installer for this, and where it's located ? It's gone out of my head completely.

Did u run the installer located in the Pilots folder in the Start Menu?  That’s the only uninstaller I have found to work. I’ve not tried the package yet but will do so in the next 30 min or so and report back.

Yes, although I messed up to start with and just deleted the Dash 7 folder from Community. Since then I have run the Uninstaller twice, cleared the registry, downloaded v1.65 from the Pilots shop, and each time a new Dash 7 folder appears in the Community ( as expected) but the aircraft is missing from the Aircraft Selection screen.

Just installed and booting MSFS right now. Noteworthy that the uninstaller thru a PowerShell error on exit. Did u see same?  Just getting to aircraft screen now and…I do have a completed install.

Maybe there is a Pilots Support ticket in your future? 😎. On a serious note the Pilots download location contains both current and previous so you could revert I believe if you so desire.  Either way. Good Luck!  And I’m sorry for messing up your Wednesday morning LoL!

No, I didn't see a PowerShell error. I tried an earlier version and no luck with that either. It was there in the Community folder, but not in the Aircraft Selection screen. Still the same problem with v1.65. I shall contact support, as you suggest. Thanks for the response, much appreciated. 👍

Well, after many queries and thoughts on their Facebook page, PILOTS eventually told me to do what I should have done in the first place - rename the Community folder, let the sim create a new empty one, and drag the Dash 7 in. Bingo - there she is in the sim, beautiful as ever. I must say, I do feel a bit silly, because this is one of the first trouble-shooting steps to take when such problems arise.

PILOTS - if any of you are reading this - thank you for the support. I think it was pretty late at night where you are, so it is doubly appreciated. Thanks again ! 👍😊
