May 27, 20242 yr Hi, I'm trying to buy something from the marketplace (worked before) but somehow I can't (today?). I have to confirm the transaction in my creditcard app (like I always do), however the small Xbox-payment screen is all blank (no text, no buttons etc), so I can't continue the purchase. Anyone else experienced this? May 27, 20242 yr I had this last week. I think it is a security (rights) problem on your computer. I searched and tried every possible solution I could find on the internet and nothing helped. My MSFS installation is on a separate drive D. Last thing I tried was to move the installation folder to C, but not enough room (windows doesn't notify you of this in advance😕). I had to cancel the operation and this takes a lot of time because it is a large directory). Because of this operation I think access rights were reset and I could buy from the store again. May 27, 20242 yr Same. Had the same problem with payment. Had to run MSFS with or without Admin rights. Cannot remember which one worked. May 27, 20242 yr In my case, if I want to buy something from the marketplace I have to launch MSFS from the XBox app on my PC or it will not work.
