Essex County to Wall Street Heliport

Featured Replies

Hi all,

found a great video where a professional pilot flies a Bell 407 into Wall Street Heliport from outside New York to have it ready for his daily tours.

And than I did the flight in the sim but in XP11 because I don't have the New York addon in msfs and the heliport is not modelled.

So here the New York addon for XP by Drzewiecki Design is loaded and the Bell 407 is by DreamFoil Creations.

So it starts at KCDW and goes to KJRB via Teterboro and Hudson River

To be honest I did the approach twice because I wanted to come in low and I was too close first. Had to do a bit an extended curve over Brooklyn, more than in the video.

I was glad I managed to do it that way but than I corrected the position because otherwise they would have fired me...🙂

And I cannot fly in as fast as the pilot in the video, by far not.

Nice pics!  I miss the Dreamfoil 407!  The Nemeth one sucks in MSFS haha!

I watched that nice video just now as well 🙂

Thank's a lot. 🙂 If I compare it the 407 in msfs is a bit nervous and unstable when cruising. But it's better with the new control options.

Unfortunately this version of the Dreamfoil does not work in XP12.

Cool shots, Andi !!

Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds
