Just downloaded this version from Just Flight and Windows Defender is saying there is a trojan:win32/Wacatac.B!ml in the install_MSFS.exe file.

Now I've not had this before so I'm a little concerned having just spent days having bought a new PC and reinstalling everything. Is there somewhere else I can download from?. Just Flight  aren't exactly known for their speed in answering support questions.

Install worked fine here from my download on Justflight, no virus detected with Windows Defender either.

Also, I had raised a ticket on their support site a few days ago and the response was instant via email.

 

Interesting as 2 other files from there scanned just fine. I would also say the email about the new version came this morning I believe it was posted to the early in July

The new version 4.40 has been uploaded yesterday.

just ran windows update and Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.415.455.0) has resolved the issue.

I double checked on my end, Norton Security Premium can't find anything wrong with the AAO installer files.
