I know they've produced good add-ons for P3D, but AFAIK this will be their first for MSFS, and as we know, while MSFS is capable of good addon flight models, it really comes down to the developer (I can think of two well regarded turboprop 3PDs who have delivered wildly divergent FMs...). Asobo/Seb/Jorg have said they're all-in on "full CFD" for all 1st Party planes in v2024. And their MAX seems to be a bit of a showcase... I know we'll have to wait and see for both of them, but I'm very, very curious to find out how all 3 737s will handle relative to each other. I'm sure all will be "good", but which will handle "best"... My primary interest remains "flight model", so that's the one I'll gravitate towards, even if systems depth or other features arent as fleshed out as on the other two. And yeah, I see this whole thing as an embarrassment of riches - such a great "problem" to have. 😁

PMDG have owned the corner on His Fi Boeings for quite a long time. It was necessary to go to another sim entirely to find a Boeing from another dev that measures up. (Well, I personally never heard of iFly and PMDG compared as peer level competitors, so I stand to be corrected). Now we have iFly, who have experience with Boeings in P3D, and even Asobo throwing their hat in the ring. IMHO having this much choice amongst competitors is a great thing. And pretty new in flight sim generally.
