Kudos for doing the long-hauls with the T7, pmplayer, the way it's to be done...

Always liked the Cathay Pacific color (I had recently posted a CP Hong Kong Trader livery, a slight variation of this classic livery ...)

Lovey series of images...! (I think Will is referring to Shot #4 from bottom...🙂...Looks familiar from my own memories...🙂...It's always a bit tricky to land this giant especially after umpteen hours of (non-stop) in flight. I would be always eager to get to the ground...🙂...RW or virtual...Flew often with UA/AA's 777s... occasionally with Emirates...)

This happens why something wired did go on 🤪 the ILS pad suddenly broke, the plane didn`t hold the ILS and so i get under it and i realy dont know why, was it the Airport or the plane or some wrong data ??

And when I really realized it, I was already very low just before landing.
Then AP and AT i turned off pulled up the throttle to lift the plane up and then brought it down to the middle of the runway and it was just enough to bring the plane to a stop at the end of the runway, so my passengers where safe...

But i realy not know what happens here, speed an everything was set as it should so another miracle here...

I am recalling now that BA 777 (RW) flight 38, that had landed short into London Heathrow (due to ice crystal issues in the fuel line)….pictures show similar to yours. Fortunately, the pilots there managed it well without any casualties…

The altitude of FAOR may be a reason. I also struggle there, thin air, less power, and sometimes confusing ATC.
