October 14, 20241 yr I spent $131+ to purchase a digital copy of MSFS2020 and for months, close to a year now， I could not used it or able to do updates via my XBOX app on my laptop. I contacted MS many times, submitted many crash reports but no viable resolution to my headache. I got disappointed, frustrated and chose to fully focus on X-plane 12. Does anyone have the same problem with MSFS 20?

If you take the time to explain exactly what works and what does not, maybe someone here can recognize the symptoms and offer suggestions. What I have seen is that you have to have the MS Store app and XBox app updated, and your systems clock set to the correct time for MSFS to start successfully.. Bert

October 14, 20241 yr I had a similar problem. After a Windows update, Msfs refuse to startup. The problem, for what I understand, was related to Xbox APP. Total install of win 11 was the solution for me
