October 30, 20241 yr Hi, I cannot install the latest version of SDK. It says I need a dll for the install to complete, and also asks to contact the vendor. I uninstalled version 18, and now I cannot install 18 as well. Solutions? Edited October 30, 20241 yr by harpsi

I have installed without any marketplace involvement; it does install but not compile; having said that; tested the 2024 samples; some compile with the 2020 sdk without problems; I had to install the desktop runtime 8.0.8 worked well: Download .NET 8.0 (Linux, macOS, and Windows) .NET Runtime 8.0.8 is what is need if not installed (it worked for me)
