Hi friends.

I wonder, before I step up to 2024, are my specs to "bad" or low?

I can run 2020, at least in my oppinion fairly ok, of course, i have no ultra stettings anywhere and most of my settings are medium to low or off...

But will my old rig handle 2024 if 2020 is ok in my taste?

Here are my specs:

ASUS Aspire GX-281

AMD Quad-core Ryzen-5 1400

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 8 Gigabyte

256 Gigabyte SSD + 1 TB

16 Gigabyte DDR4

(I also have 107,26 Mbit/sek)

What do You think guys?

Will 2024 be ok on my system or a "waste of money"

Best regards

Recommend doing a 1 x month subscription to game pass , download the game and test it on your rig and see if your happy with the performance

The cheapest way would be to try through PC Gamepass.  If you live in the USA, you can try your first 14 days of Gamepass for $1 USD: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass/pc-game-pass  Download MSFS 2024, try it out immediately and see how it runs, and then unsubscribe so that you don't get charged for the second month, which is the full price. If you do it in this way, you can try MSFS 2024 for $1 USD, assuming you have never tried Gamepass before.

I don't know AMD CPUs that well, but ased on your NVIdia 1070, it should run with low settings, but it's still playable and you might find it enjoyable.

It's 14 days now for the $1 deal, not 1 month: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass/pc-game-pass

Still, 14 days is more than enough time for the OP to test MSFS 2024.

Yeah DO try it first because depending on how you will use MSFS2024 it will either be a nice experience or a nightmare and i'm not talking about performance here.
