Probably, but for Career, a list of full plane stats or spec would be helpful in choosing a plane. I'm surprised none exists yet.

The best thing to do is check with aircraft manufactures directly - In terms of highest cargo single engine airplane, Cessna Caravan comes to mind. 

Here is the data I pulled off from Cessna's website:

I guess you can do same thing with other aircraft types and can get the data from manufactures -most of useful information is directly available.
