I can't find specific reference to whether this works in MSFS2024 or not. I looked them up on the Compatibility List but they don't mention Las Vegas.

I tested this in 2024 and found it to be NOT compatible.

I have it installed to 2024 and have only done a quick test to make sure there wasn't any major issues and all looked OK.  I have the city installed as well.  I did notice some mesh/elevation drop-off around permitter of airport, especially to the north/northeast...not sure if it is there in 2020 or not.

Weird, works fine for me.

Also get better FPS in 2024 than I do 2020 with it.

Presumably the ILS for 26 is still misbehaving in 2024?
