Can FSIpanel only be used for the final approach of the landing phase, or can it also be used to train complete STAR procedures?

You can use it to train for complete STAR procedures, and in addition you can build in failures, and try your skills with one of the included training scenarios.

The training scenarios are brilliant, include pre-recorded ATC (real humans), diversions, failures etc, etc.
