Sound settings & Profiles always return to default

Featured Replies

Steam MSFS 2024

I get the Sound settings just the way I like them (different devices for com and airplane/environment) and % set to what I like to hear.  The next time the Sim starts all sound settings return to system default and 100%.  How do I make the sim restart with my desired sound settings?

I have finally got the profiles for my Bravo quadrant, TA 320 flight stick, ch yoke, ch pedals, mouse, keyboard working perfectly.  But, everytime the sim starts all the choices are returned to default profiles.  I have to manually change each profile back to my specialized profiles.  Is there a way to make the sim start with a specified set of profiles?

Are you setting your custom profiles to default?

I have mine change back to default now and then. No clue how to lock it in. Think it might just be on the server side that messes with it.

Which sim are we talking about?

2024 - the center of my world and I sometimes forget there was another sim.  I just wish the center of the world worked as well as it did in 2020 to last November.

I see you already found out you can set them to default. However, this option works for ally controllers apart from my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro... I have to enable those profiles each and every time. Very odd...
